Egypt
The first world civilization was founded in Egypt. The Egyptians were pioneers in sciences, medicine, architecture, and writing and were the first builders to use stone. Through skin testing, the early Egyptians were believed to very dark skinned or "black." Egypt was also the first to use a Democratic form of government. Dr. Chancellor Williams, an expert in field of early civilizations, argues that there was an ancient system of Democracy evolving from a continent wide constitution. When rulers or chiefs did not do or perform how the people said, they were removed from power. Later civilizations considered Egyptians as 'savage' because people were ruled by a single leader as opposed to multiple governors. Eventually as other civilizations arose, like Persia, who overthrew Egypt; they erased Egypt's greatness that was created. Cambyses, the ruler of Egypt, took credit for a vast amount of Egypt's accomplishments.
The first civilization was created in Africa which can suggest that humanity began in Africa. |
